I thoroughly encourage comments on this blog. They mean a lot. One of the reasons I’ve installed the Disqus commenting system is so that you can follow your comments easily. You can have follow up comments emailed to you. You needn’t return to the post to make further comments- a reply to an emailed comment will be posted as a comment itself.
You can comment using your Facebook account via Facebook Connect. I encourage this particularly since it adds a great deal of authenticity and accountability to your comment.
I try my best not to censor material. Content that is abusive, promotes hatred, uses excessive foul language, is spam, etc will not be tolerated. Anonymous comments will be moderated- so will comments with links. Generally speaking, if your links aren’t spam, they will probably be posted. I have a very low threshold for anonymous comments.
If you wish to put forth your views without using the comments section, you may use the contact page. Ditto if you’re not sure if your comment has been sent into moderation. Don’t post the same comment several times.
You own your comments. Period. By posting them here- you give me the right to use them as I please. You’re free to post your thoughts on your own blog if anything here makes you uncomfortable.
